每当实例 stoped 或 terminated 掉之后就会通过 SNS 发送邮件通知

一、创建 Rule

1.1 创建 Rules

二、创建 SNS Topic

2.1 创建 Standard Topic

2.2 创建 subscription

2.3 收到邮件进行订阅

三、继续创建 Rule

四、使用 Terraform 部署一台 EC2 并 terminated 掉

terraform init
terraform apply
terraform destroy

terminated instance
